By using Cyber Jeopardy (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Configrity Limited, registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Cyber Jeopardy provides a browser-based Jeopardy-style quiz platform for running knowledge competitions. Free games require no account. Pro and Team plans offer additional features and are available by subscription.
You agree not to use the Service to host or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ games or data; to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service in bulk; or to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws.
Pro and Team plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
You retain ownership of any custom question packs you create. By uploading content to the Service you grant Configrity Limited a licence to store and serve it to you and participants in your games. We do not claim ownership of your content.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update the Service, or modify features at any time. Significant changes to paid features will be communicated by email.
To the extent permitted by law, Configrity Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
